License

When you purchase a digital course, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, share access credentials, upload course files to public or private repositories, or create derivative instructional products that substitute for the course.

• You may download and print worksheets for personal use.
• You may post brief excerpts for commentary only if properly attributed and not a substitute for the course.
• Team/company use requires a separate written license.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for digital courses provided that certificate materials (including any downloadable certificate templates, graded assessments, or completion packs) have not been downloaded. If a refund is approved, access will be revoked.

• Refund requests must include the order email and purchase date.
• We may deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or policy abuse.
• Bundles are refunded as a unit; partial refunds may not be available.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website, courses, and community resources responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You must follow all safety guidance provided in course materials and product labels, especially when working with lye, fragrance oils, colorants, heat, and ventilation.

• No illegal use, harassment, hateful conduct, or threats.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, automated access, or interference with platform functionality.
• No attempts to bypass access controls, share accounts, or distribute paid materials.
• Do not publish unsafe instructions that contradict the provided safety disclaimers.

User Content & Community

If you submit content (reviews, photos, comments, troubleshooting notes), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and reproduce it solely for operating and improving the service. You are responsible for ensuring you own or have permission to share what you post.

• Do not post personally sensitive data (yours or others).
• We may remove content that violates these terms or creates safety risk.

Disclaimers

Our courses are educational. Results may vary based on equipment, environment, and ingredient sourcing. You are solely responsible for safe handling and for compliance with any local regulations (labeling, sale, cosmetics rules, allergen disclosures). The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction

These terms are interpreted under a neutral jurisdiction suitable for global users unless local law requires otherwise.
